Considered a subarea of West Knoxville, it borders Hardin Valley to the west, Karns area to the north, Norwood/Cumberland Estates borders Cedar Bluff to the east and Concord-Bluegrass is directly to the south. Middlebrook Pike runs along the Cedar Bluff subarea with most of the Cedar Bluff neighborhoods shooting off of this main road. The Cedar Bluff subarea of Knoxville is one of the most affordable sections of West Knoxville. Due to it's central location and affordable home prices, the Cedar Bluff area attracts alot of singles and young families.
